Group Living support is provided for three (3) or more people living together, requiring up to twenty-four hour staff support. A model of person centered planning is utilized to ensure that the persons’ expressed desires are listened to and that the supports are provided to ensure they are realized. Sixteen (16) Group Living homes are located in the community of Woodstock. Eleven (11) of these homes are barrier free, providing accessible housing for a variety of physical needs.
