SOAR (Speaking Out About Rights) is a self-advocate group that meets regularly to discuss individual rights and to advocate regarding issues that are relevant in their own lives and in the community as a whole.  The participants access services through WDDS and supports are provided to help facilitate the group’s action plans and ideas.
